Terms Of Services

  1. Copyright Notice:
All content is subject to copyright and may not be reproduced in any form without the express written consent of the author.

  2. Disclaimer of Liability:
Momentum Israel strives to provide the best possible service and ensure that the information on this website is current and accurate. However, Momentum Israel makes no claims, promises, or guarantees regarding the completeness or adequacy of the content and expressly disclaims liability for any errors or omissions.

  3. Refund Policy:
Momentum Israel reserves the right to deny a refund of any online deposit or cash payment made by the client/renter once services have begun, are underway, or have been finalized.

  4. Client Responsibility:
Clients must inform Momentum Israel of all specific apartment preferences via email or our short questionnaire. If applicable, clients should include details about “deal breaker” features that would render an apartment unsuitable for rent or purchase. Failure to provide critical information may result in an inability to find a suitable match.

  5. Refund Eligibility:
Deposits are refundable only if Momentum Israel fails to provide any apartment options on the scheduled viewing date(s). In such cases, the client may choose to reschedule the viewing date at no additional charge or receive a full refund. Refunds are not available once the apartment viewing date has been secured.

  6. Exclusive Authorization:
To ensure a smooth and professional relocation process, clients agree that only Momentum Israel representatives are authorized to schedule meetings and negotiate with landlords, homeowners, or tenants during the relocation process. Exceptions must be explicitly granted in writing or through a message from a Momentum Israel representative.

  7. Additional Services:
Under certain circumstances, Momentum Israel may offer an additional day of service with private transportation to finalize a relocation or apartment viewing.

  8. Liability Disclaimer:
Momentum Israel is not responsible for actions taken by homeowners advertising their properties on social media or public platforms (e.g., Facebook, Yad 2, Craigslist). Clients must disclose such privately sourced properties to Momentum Israel representatives.
Similarly, Momentum Israel is not liable for actions taken by real estate agents advertising properties of interest. Clients must inform representatives of any such properties shown to them.

  9. Service Exclusivity:
Once a deposit is made and a relocation date is set, deposits are non-refundable if the client finds an apartment through another service, real estate agency, or independent efforts.

  10. Property Responsibility:
Momentum Israel bears no responsibility or liability for damages incurred on the property of interest.

  11. Service Termination:
Momentum Israel representatives may terminate services at any time if they feel threatened, harassed, or subjected to non-cooperation. Non-cooperation includes:

    a. Failure to respond to requests or instructions to meet with Momentum Israel representatives, homeowners, or tenants.
    b. Declining to view approved apartments despite prior agreement.

  12. Post-Signing Responsibility:
After an apartment lease agreement signing, Momentum Israel bears no further responsibility or liability for additional services or actions by the homeowner or renter.

  13. Facilitation Services:
Momentum Israel assists with introductions of the property's Landlord/Tenants, contract translations, and (if applicable) facilitating agreements through a real estate lawyer/expert. Our representatives are not real estate agents and cannot compile or amend contracts or hold property exclusivity.

    Client Request Revisions and Deposits:

  14. If a client requests to proceed with securing an apartment rental—specifically by asking for a contract from the landlord—but subsequently changes their mind about the apartment with or without having reviewed the full contract, and then wishes to resume service or request assistance for a different region, city, or set of criteria, this will be treated as a new revised service. In such cases, the client will be required to make an additional deposit. Once the new service begins, the deposit is non-refundable, unless no apartment options are presented.

  15. Pricing and Costs:
Service pricing reflects the effort and duration of sourcing properties, arranging appointments, translating by attorney, and photocopying contracts. Additional costs, may apply for transportation based on the distance and specific requirements of the service.

  16. Payment Terms:
All payments must be made payable to Momentum Israel’s CEO and founder, Rani Cohen. Momentum Israel reserves the right to take legal action if clients fail to pay the agreed-upon service commission once a lease is signed or occupancy begins.

  17. Client Requirements:
Clients must have a valid Israeli government ID or passport and bank checks for long-term rentals. It is customary in Israel to issue 12 postdated checks for one-year rentals.

  18. Receipts and Confirmations:
Upon payment, Momentum Israel representatives will immediately issue written receipts or confirmations for services provided.

  19. Extreme Circumstances:
If a property becomes uninhabitable (e.g., due to terrorism or natural disaster) after a lease agreement is signed, Momentum Israel will relocate the client to another apartment at no additional cost upon proof and inspection.
