Momentum Israel Program Registration - Terms and Conditions

1. By registering or making a payment, the client/participant agrees to these terms and cannot claim failure to read or disagreement.

2. Please note, the $60 deposit per participant is non-refundable, covering program connection, information, and host negotiations. This deposit secures a program date or a tentative date (TBA). Failure to complete the full service payment after program placement takes place, will result in cancellation of the program at the client’s expense, with no further assistance from Momentum Israel.

3. Momentum Israel may allow postponement of program participation, but additional costs due to rate/date changes or taxes may apply.

4. Momentum Israel is not responsible for legal consequences (fines, deportation, etc.) due to visa expiration, misbehavior, or negligence.

5. The participant is solely responsible for visa compliance and must leave Israel before visa expiry.

6. Participants must respect the religious and cultural beliefs of hosts and peers.

7. Failure to cooperate and work together with Momentum Israel or complete full payment may result in program cancellation at the client’s expense.

8. If a program changes unexpectedly before placement i.e. (unsuitable dates) , Momentum Israel will inform the client and discuss alternative dates or offer the option to select another program.

9. Registration does not guarantee automatic transfer to another program if the client changes their mind once placement has taken place; this is at the CEO’s discretion with no guarantees.

10. Payment plans may be arranged, but a non-refundable deposit is required to secure the program.

11. Momentum Israel provides customer support before and during the stay but is not responsible for events between the program host and participant.

12. Participants must disclose any physical, mental, or health conditions; any costs resulting from undisclosed conditions are the participant’s responsibility.

13. Participants must conduct themselves with patience, respect, and cooperation with program hosts and other participants.

14. Momentum Israel is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during the program, and no refunds will be issued for discontinuation due to illness or injury. The participant's/client's medical insurance must cover any such expenses.

15. Participants must follow safety instructions by the host; failure to do so makes them fully liable for any consequences.

16. Participants are responsible for obtaining passports, visas, and any necessary travel documents, ensuring validity for at least six months from departure.

17. Participants must have their own comprehensive insurance covering the entire duration abroad before departure.

18. Any health conditions, medications, or required vaccinations must be disclosed to Momentum Israel or the program in advance.

19. Momentum Israel is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to natural disasters, strikes, wars, pandemics, or other uncontrollable events. If a host provides written confirmation that the program location/environment is hazardous, Momentum Israel will make reasonable efforts to place the participant in an alternative program. Placement is subject to availability, and any additional costs incurred due to relocation will be communicated to the participant in advance. If no suitable alternative is found, Momentum Israel will assess potential refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis.

20. Momentum Israel reserves the right to cancel agreements in cases of participant misconduct, failure to comply with program requirements, or unforeseen circumstances that prevent program execution.

21. Hosts may require additional payments from volunteers to cover basic needs. Momentum Israel will inform clients of any such costs before placement.
